(G)I-DLE's 3rd Mini Album 'I Trust' surpassed the cumulative album sales of 100,000 copies.
On the 8th, Hanteo Chart, the world's one-and-only real-time music chart, officially counted and announced that (G)I-DLE's 'I Trust' album recorded the cumulative album sales amount of 100,962 copies based on the data as of 6:50 PM of April 8th.
This is 3 days after the album release, and compared to 20,390 copies of the 2nd Mini Album 'I Made' released on February 26th of 2019, the album not only broke the previous record but also is demonstrating a high growth rate of 495% just with the record until now.
(G)I-DLE released the 3rd Mini Album 'I Trust' on April 6th. The latest release contains (G)I-DLE's unique confidence and sends the message 'I trust myself.'
Also, the title track 'Oh my god' is written by leader Soyeon, and it is an urban hip-hop track that Soyeon participated in songwriting and lyrics, as she did in the previous albums of (G)I-DLE.
With the proven growth rate with the 3rd Mini Album 'I Trust' and 4 days left in the Initial Chodong (first week of release) period, it is of keen interest whether (G)I-DLE can surpass the Initial Chodong sales of 200,000 copies.
