NCT DREAM and NewJeans have climbed to the top spot on Hanteo's country-specific charts for the US, Japan, and China for the third week of August.

 

On August 18th, Hanteo, the world's only real-time music chart, announced its TOP 30 country-specific charts for the third week of August, encompassing the US, Japan, and China.

 

These country-specific charts are based on Hanteo's big data collection technology. They gather and analyze K-pop data in real-time from around the world. This comprehensive chart aggregates global data on K-pop artists, including album sales, music streams, and social portal data. The charts are released every Friday.

 

The current week's data, spanning from August 7th to August 13th, showed that NCT DREAM topped the charts in Japan, while NewJeans secured the 1st place in both the US and China, effectively achieving a double crown. Notably, NewJeans showcased their unwavering popularity by ranking 1st for two consecutive weeks in the US and three consecutive weeks in China.

For the US chart, NewJeans' "Get Up: Mini Album 2nd Edition, Bunny Beach Bag ver." took the lead with a total score of 6,323.44. Following them was Stray Kids' "★★★★★ (5-STAR)" with a score of 4,028.96 in 2nd place, and MAMAMOO+'s "TWO RABBITS" in 3rd place with 3,000.00 points.

On the Japanese chart, NCT DREAM's "ISTJ" clinched the top spot with a score of 5,000.00. NewJeans' "Get Up" followed in 2nd place with 2,750.51 points, and Jungkook's "Seven (feat. Latto)" took the 3rd spot with 1,068.12 points.

Meanwhile, for the Chinese chart, NewJeans' "Get Up: Mini Album 2nd Edition, THE POWERPUFF GIRLS X NJ Box ver." dominated with a score of 24,085.85. Jeon Somi's "Fast Forward" secured the 2nd position with 9,955.82 points, and Jungkook's "Seven (feat. Latto)" occupied the 3rd position with 5,914.34 points.
