Stray Kids received the Grand Prize at the '2025 K-WORLD DREAM AWARDS'.

 

Stray Kids lifted the Grand Prize trophy for the 'K-WORLD DREAM Best Artist Award' at the '2025 K-WORLD DREAM AWARDS' held on August 21 at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

 

Winning a total of four awards including the Grand Prize, 'K-WORLD DREAM Best Artist Award', 'K-WORLD DREAM Group Popularity Award', 'K-WORLD DREAM Bonsang', and 'K-WORLD CLASS Award'—Stray Kids shared, “We sincerely thank you for giving us such a meaningful award. On the eve of our comeback, receiving this great award and energy from STAY (fandom name: STAY) gives us the strength to begin our promotions with full effort and create great memories. This past year, we’ve spent every day like a dream thanks to the love from STAY all around the world, and because of the great gift STAY has given us, we’ll push forward to continue building positive karma for the rest of the year. On this day, Stray Kids performed the title track Chk Chk Boom from their mini album ATE, released in July 2024, as well as Walkin On Water, the title track from SKZHOP HIPTAPE 合 (HOP), their sixth consecutive No.1 on the U.S. Billboard ‘Billboard 200’, and closed the ceremony with their stage.

 

Shining with their reputation as ‘Performance Powerhouse’, Stray Kids delivered electrifying energy, stage dominance, and solid live vocals that thrilled the audience. Stray Kids will make their comeback today (22nd) with the release of their 4th full-length album KARMA.

 

Having participated in the production of every track since their debut song District 9, the ‘self-producing group’ Stray Kids took part in the entire production of all 11 tracks on the new album, fully showcasing the group’s identity. Despite countless external opinions and inner conflicts, they’ve never waver, paving their own way. This firm philosophy and narrative of growth is captured through various genres in the new album.

 

The title track CEREMONY is a blend of intense trap EDM and Baile Funk rhythm, delivering a message that celebrates success achieved through patience and hard work, and the journey of overcoming numerous adversities along the way. Having completed a record-breaking world tour that set numerous K-pop firsts and bests, Stray Kids are set to deliver a grand comeback CEREMONY that will stir cheers from music fans all over the globe.
