
J-HOPE of BTS and ITZY has reached the 1st place on the 3rd week of August Hanteo weekly chart.
At 10 AM on the 21st, Hanteo Chart, the world’s one-and-only real-time music chart, announced the Weekly Chart of the 3rd week of August, 2023.

J-HOPE, who appeared with ‘Jack In The Box (HOPE Edition)’ took over the 1st place on the 3rd week of August World Chart. The World Chart is Hanteo Chart’s comprehensive chart announced based on the global data of the K-pop artist such as physical records, digital records, authentication, social media, and media. J-HOPE’s World Index was 14,951.24 points, and he showcased a nearly perfect high score on the physical record category among the five categories of the World Chart, demonstrating the qualities that truly deserve the title of world class.
Following J-HOPE, STAYC took the 2nd place with a World Index of 11,432.15 points and SEVENTEEN took the 3rd place with a World Index of 11,129.64 points.

J-HOPE reached the 1st place also on the weekly Physical Record Chart, achieving 2 wins on the Hanteo Weekly Chart.
On the weekly Physical Record Chart aggregated from August 14th to August 20th, ‘Jack In The Box (HOPE Edition)’ recorded a Physical Record Index of 680,741.10 points (523,647 copies of sales). On the first day of its release, ‘Jack In The Box (HOPE Edition)’ showed the true value of a world class artist by selling over 510,000 copies.
The 2nd place on the weekly Physical Record Chart was ‘ZONE’ by Jihyo who began her solo activity, with a Physical Record Index of 423,944.40 points (365,387 copies of sales). 3rd place was taken by STAYC’s ‘TEENFESH’ with a Physical Record Index of 277,425.75 points (245,622 copies of sales).

Meanwhile, on the weekly Authentication Chart, ITZY took the 1st place. ITZY’s ‘KILL MY DOUBT’ showed the highest authentication rate in France and other European regions over the past week. Through the weekly Authentication Chart, popularity of ITZY, the global trend, could be realized.
On the Authentication Chart, following ITZY, Stray Kids took the 2nd place, while Shownu X Hyungwon took the 3rd place.
Hanteo Chart’s weekly charts for the 3rd week of August were aggregated from August 14th to August 20th. The World Chart is announced based on the artist’s global data and the Physical Record Chart is based on the total album sales domestically and overseas. The Authentication Chart is based on K-pop fans overseas authenticating their purchases of artists’ genuine albums.
