The groups SEVENTEEN and IVE have claimed the top spots on the Hanteo Chart for the 5th week of October.

 

 

The world's only real-time music chart, Hanteo Chart, announced its weekly chart for the 5th week of October 2023 on the 30th at 10 a.m.

SEVENTEEN topped the World Chart for the 5th week of October. The World Chart, a comprehensive chart from Hanteo, aggregates and announces global K-pop artist data based on albums, digital music, certifications, SNS, and media. SEVENTEEN's World Index score was 25,340.53, showing strong performance in the album, social, and music categories, and also scoring high in the media category. This confirms SEVENTEEN's genuine global popularity.

 

Following SEVENTEEN, IVE scored a World Index of 16,939.91, securing the 2nd spot.

SEVENTEEN also clinched 1st place in the weekly album chart. From October 23rd to 29th, SEVENTEEN's 'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN' recorded an album index score of 5,872,351.50 (with sales of 5,091,887 copies). SEVENTEEN captured the title as the first-ever K-pop artist to break the Initial Chodong sales record with over 5 million copies.

 

 

The weekly album chart's 2nd place was occupied by Billie's 'side-B: memoirs of echo unseen', recording an album index of 31,522.50 (with sales of 35,025 copies). IVE's 'I'VE MINE' took 3rd place with an album index of 14,562.50 (with sales of 13,926 copies).

In the weekly certification chart, IVE held onto the 1st place for the second consecutive week. IVE's 'I'VE MINE' showed the highest certification rate in Singapore over the past week. It was followed by China (Hong Kong), Taiwan, Malaysia, and Thailand, showcasing IVE's undeniable popularity in Asia.

 

 

In the weekly certification chart, following IVE, Wheein secured 2nd place, and Wonho took the 3rd spot.

 

 

The tallying period for Hanteo Chart's 5th week of October weekly chart is from October 23rd to October 29th. The World Chart is based on global K-pop artist data, the album chart rankings are based on the global album sales index, and the certification chart is based on the album certification volume from international fans.
