Yeji of ITZY has taken her first step as a solo artist.

On the afternoon of the 10th, Yeji held a media roundtable at the Grand Ballroom Hall of the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel in Songpa-gu, Seoul, to commemorate the release of her debut solo album 'AIR'. The session was hosted by announcer Shin Ah-young.

Standing in front of the press, Yeji, despite being in her seventh year of debut, attracted attention with her trembling voice, indicating the nerves of starting solo.

Yeji then shared, "I've debuted as a solo artist, but it didn't feel real. Now that I'm standing on this podium, it finally feels real. I really want to do well. I will fight on."

Yeji is the first member of ITZY to release a solo album. Her solo album 'AIR' includes the title track 'AIR', along with 'Invasion', 'Can't Slow Me, No', and '258'. Contributors include Danke, Lee Woo-min, Noday, and Ryan Jhun.

The title track 'Air' is a synth-pop song with a powerful bass sound and an addictive hook. Yeji contributed to the lyrics, adding authenticity, and J.Y. Park, the representative producer of JYP, is also credited. Released at 6 PM on the 10th.
