DAY6 member WONPIL will release his first mini album ‘Unpiltered’ this spring, making a solo comeback for the first time in about four years.

On March 9, JYP ENTERTAINMENT posted a sound film poster announcing WONPIL’s new solo album on the official DAY6 SNS channels. According to the announcement, WONPIL will release his first mini album ‘Unpiltered’, filled with emotional sensibility, on the 30th at 6 p.m.

The released teaser content drew viewers’ attention with WONPIL’s dreamy atmosphere. As WONPIL wiped away the moisture covering a glass window, the flowing water droplets conveyed emotional lines, while his appealing voice sang, “텅 빈 숨만 쉬고 있잖아 I'm not alright, oh god 날 구해 줘,” heightening curiosity for the new song.

WONPIL debuted with DAY6 in September 2015 and has firmly established himself as an emotional singer-songwriter through consistent participation in songwriting as well as his instrumental and vocal abilities. Having formed strong empathy with listeners through his delicate and authentic expression, attention is focused on the music and message WONPIL will deliver through his new release, which comes about four years after his first solo album ‘Pilmography’ released in February 2022.

Meanwhile, WONPIL’s first mini album ‘Unpiltered’ will be officially released on March 30 at 6 p.m..
