On November 3, Tiffany Young released the music video for ‘Lips Together (feat. MIYEON)’, one of the double title tracks from her first solo full-length album ‘Edge Of Calm’. Originally released in August, the album features the collaboration with MIYEON, who also appears in the music video, showcasing a special chemistry with Tiffany Young.

The music video follows Tiffany Young and MIYEON as they infiltrate a man's house to rescue a dog being held captive. The two hide inside a bathroom stall, seemingly enjoying the thrill of their precarious situation, before wandering around the house, dancing, trying on clothes, and engaging in a series of playful yet peculiar antics.

Their unusual chemistry comes to life as they lay out tarot cards to predict each other's fortunes and engage in a chase throughout the house. But why does the music video revolve around a mission to rescue a dog? A possible clue lies in the song's lyrics.

‘Lips Together (feat. MIYEON)’ explores the desire to heal a wounded heart through love. The narrator attempts to mend their emotional wounds on their own but eventually falls apart, asking someone they love to help heal their heart. The longing to feel alive again through a kiss conveys both the intimacy and healing power of love.

These emotions take on an unusual form in the music video. A song about seeking emotional healing is brought to life through the characters' daring attempt to rescue someone else. Of course, it would be difficult to conclude that the dog rescue mission directly represents the meaning of the lyrics. Meanwhile, Tiffany Young recently completed the overseas leg of her six-city Asian tour, ‘Edge Of Calm Tour’. Beginning in Hong Kong, the tour traveled through Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, Ho Chi Minh City, and Bangkok, allowing her to introduce the music from her first solo full-length album to fans across the region. She is scheduled to conclude the tour with a finale concert in Seoul on December 27.

Having first established herself as a member of Girls' Generation, Tiffany Young has continued developing her distinctive musical identity as a solo artist. Through her extensive involvement in album production, she is also expanding her capabilities as a creative artist.
